Developers

Under our banner of Select New Homes we are looking to offer a package to developers supplying experienced new homes sales personnel and the setting up of a marketing suite incorporating show homes and landscaped gardens.  The package would include any or all of the following elements:

• Setting up a sales and marketing suite
• The design and setting up of a show home or complex of show homes
• Providing proven qualified sales personnel
• Arrange marketing and promotional openings
• Progress sale to completion including customer demonstration
• Report as required to company sales manager/director and complete all company form and paperwork as requested.

A specific package to suit the individual requirements of the client can be worked out and only sales personnel experienced or specifically trained in new home sales would be employed.
